Tenants find this feature very attractive and it may be the difference that causes them to choose your property over another similar property without security patrols.

The security patrols not only check for security issues, but also check for tenant violations, condition of your property, etc, The security patrols help to keep your property in tip top shape while helping keep tenants feeling secure! Your property will also be patrolled if and when it should be vacant. This is when your property is most vulnerable. Thieves and vandals will likely choose properties where they do not see a security presence.

Tenants are also encouraged to sign up for security patrols if they are not offered at your property.
